Jim’s Mowing Lagan Valley is operated and owned by Andrew Hanna and Simon Talbot. Both Andrew and Simon have over 10 years experience in the Lawn Care industry, from mowing through to all aspects of lawn treatments. This includes the selection and application of fertilisers best suited to your lawn as well as weed, moss and pest control. Lawn scarifying and Hollow tine Aeration are beneficial treatments that can also be carried out to enhance the health and appearance of your lawns. The guys also offer a complete Lawn renovation service for those lawns that are old and tired. Lawn renovation is usually a much less expensive alternative to re-laying an entire lawn.

Both Andrew and Simon come from a customer service and quality management background and strive to provide a first class service, from the moment you make your first enquiry. Jim’s Mowing Lagan Valley is fully insured; NPTC qualified and offers a friendly and reliable garden maintenance service. If we say we will be there, then rest assured we will be there.

Jim’s Group Guarantee

Jim’s Group guarantees all jobs against defects in materials and workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the job, contact the Franchisee first and then our office. Conditions are as follows:

  1. Our Franchisee must be given the opportunity to fix the problem
  2. If they cannot, our local Franchisor will be responsible
  3. If neither can satisfy your complaint, we will mutually agree on an industry expert to inspect the job (at our expense) and will arrange to fix any faults found. However, if no fault is found then you will pay the inspection cost and the matter will be closed.
  4. If a complaint to our office has not been resolved within 30 days, contact us.
