After spending the last 12 years serving the people of Scarborough as a Police Officer, I am delighted to bring the same level of dedication and commitment to my customers through Jim’s Mowing. Becoming a “jim” is a culmination of a lifelong ambition to run my own business as it combines the benefits of working outside and balances well with family life. Having always had a love of gardening and lawn care, I have built my skills through Jim’s Mowing training and guidance and have completed pesticide certificates PA1 and PA6 as well as lawn mowing, general gardening and chainsaw usage.

Jim’s Group Guarantee

Jim’s Group guarantees all jobs against defects in materials and workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the job, contact the Franchisee first and then our office. Conditions are as follows:

  1. Our Franchisee must be given the opportunity to fix the problem
  2. If they cannot, our local Franchisor will be responsible
  3. If neither can satisfy your complaint, we will mutually agree on an industry expert to inspect the job (at our expense) and will arrange to fix any faults found. However, if no fault is found then you will pay the inspection cost and the matter will be closed.
  4. If a complaint to our office has not been resolved within 30 days, contact us.
